Along with the pew sheet for this week I include a list of the 25 Manx Targets for nature conservation this year.
Following the ‘Target Mission’ launch at St Ninian’s Church just over a week ago, the species listed on the attached sheets are those most at risk on the Isle of Man.
It is hoped that wildlife charities, churches and the wider community will join forces to protect and nurture these habitats, plants and animals.
The list is included so that as individuals we might also discover ways of making our personal contribution to saving these precious gifts of nature.
As Christians we have a special role to play as stewards of creation.
