This week………..
Though Covid cases seem to be falling please continue to take whatever precautions you feel necessary to be safe and continue with our parish precautions of hand sanitising and respecting each other’s preferences regarding physical contact.
There are services for the Interring of Ashes at Baldwin on Tuesday afternoon and at Marown on Thursday morning.
The Ministry Team meet 1pm Friday 20th August at the vicarage.
Coming up……
Monday August 23 @7pm in Marown Church: the CofE has recognised the Climate Emergency and called on all parts of the Church to become net zero carbon by 2030. This is an ambitious goal, but we are keen to do our bit here in Marown, Foxdale and Baldwin. So there will be a meeting, OPEN TO EVERYONE, to discuss with Henry Uniacke, the Diocesan Environmental Officer, how we might go about this: how we reduce the carbon footprints of our churches, whilst staying comfortable, warm and welcoming to visitors. Bring your own ideas and listen to others!
