Dear sisters and brothers in Christ,
What an amazing week! We have a new Archdeacon whom I hope will visit us in the coming months. Lifepath, the Year 5 RE Day at Rushen Abbey is underway and we have the Mariner’s Choir at St Luke’s coming up next Sunday 3rd July.
Alas, I am sure many of you are concerned about the rise in Covid 19 cases. We pray for those affected and for the spread of infections to subside. This situation may be why there was a very low attendance at the Laxey Handbell Ringers Concert on Friday evening at Marown. However, the ‘Ringers’ gave a wonderful performance and a delicious ‘light supper’ was enjoyed afterwards.
