The Start of a Partnership with the Local Community

It is planned to hold a series of community based events in the building an alternate Fridays on the following dates:

Friday 5th & 19th February

Friday 4th & 18th March

Friday 1st & 15th April

9.30 -11.30 am: Working party Coffee stop-to carry out some simple work in and around the building.

12.00 – 2.30 pm: Lunch [soup & a roll; cake & tea].

3.30-5.00 pm Craft club.

7.00-9.00 pm: Film evening/talk.

Please come along and support the community of Foxdale, either by attending or assisting with any, or all, of the above.

No charge will be made but, if able, donations would be appreciated.

Anyone requiring assistance with transport, or want further details, should contact a member of the Church.

A coffee morning/spring fayre is also planned for Saturday 16th April at 10.00 am.

These events are not intended to coax people into coming to church on a Sunday but to gauge the level of support for use of the building as a community facility as well as it’s present role for church functions. If successful we will look to secure external funding to improve the amenities in the building & set up a ‘Friends of St Paul’s, Foxdale’.

Failure to secure a successful complimentary use for the church building is likely to result in closure of the church.
