Dear friends across the parish and beyond,
I hope the week just past has been a time of blessing for you and your loved ones.
This week we have much to look forward to, Ascension Day on Thursday 26th May when we will join with our brothers and sisters at the cathedral, next Sunday we join with the Crosby Methodist Chapel and we are beginning to welcome motorbike visitors ready for TT.
We also have Pentecost and Trinity Sunday to look forward to plus the Marown Parish Jubilee Service-full details are on the pew sheet.
Marown Church will be ‘converted’ into a café this coming Friday and Saturday (27th & 28th May) ready for offering hospitality during practice and race sessions.   This means the church will be locked except for those times or for Sunday worship.   The sanctuary area will remain a sacred space, prayer will be offered daily and visitors and TT catering helpers will be able to find a quiet area for prayer and reflection.
As always do let me have your prayer requests so I can include them in my daily prayers.

Every blessing for the coming week,

Canon Janice
