The pew sheet this week comes to you a little earlier in the day than usual since I am attending the Bishop’s final service this afternoon and wanted you to have the sheet in good time.
There are two longer than usual items this week which I urge you to read.
One is about the Assisted Dying Bill that comes before Tynwald this week. Whatever your views about the Bill please take the time to read it then follow your conscience prayerfully.
The second item is about the situation in Gaza and explains something of how the Diocese of Jerusalem is appealing for aid for its work across the Holy Lands, including its support for the Ah Ahli Hospital that was bombed recently.
There will be an opportunity to make cash donations during Sunday worship over the next few weeks for those who prefer that means instead of donating directly online.
